Neil Patrick Harris: "I'm Gay"

Neil Patrick Harris tells People magazine's Web site that he's "quite proud" to say he's "a very content gay man" living his life to the fullest. He said he's speaking out now because of recent speculation and interest in his private life and relationships.

Harris stars on the CBS comedy How I Met Your Mother. As a teen he played the namesake doctor on the series Doogie Howser, M.D.
