from the Houston Chronicle
A 21-year-old man was taken into custody and has been charged with carrying an explosive aboard an aircraft after a partial stick of dynamite was found in his luggage this morning at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. After Howard Fish's checked luggage was singled out for extra scrutiny, a secondary inspection performed by Customs found at least two suspicious items, including the dynamite, in his bag.
